What role do you currently hold in the company?

Together with the Spare Parts Team and our Sales and Technical Support Teams, I oversee the assistance and supply of spare parts to all our customers. Alongside the Logistics and Shipping Team, I also manage the operational side of our Customer Care.

Customer satisfaction has always been my main motivation. It’s thanks to this that every day I dedicate myself to my work – together with the Customer Care team – with commitment and great enthusiasm, always striving to stand by our customers.

From the very beginning, I found A.Celli to be a young and dynamic environment where I’ve had the opportunity to work as part of a team and contribute to the growth and development of our customer service.
