Katia Mechini – Customer Care Spare Parts

What role do you currently hold in the company?

I joined the A.Celli family in April 2024 as a customer care representative in the company’s service department, thanks to my previous work experience in which, for almost 20 years, I dealt with all aspects of customer service, both in Italy and abroad. Although my studies took me elsewhere – I have a degree in Environmental Sciences – I have always had a natural inclination for interpersonal relationships and customer satisfaction. It is perhaps thanks to this that I put passion and dedication into my work every day, collaborating with colleagues and solving problems (which I like to call opportunities).

Tell us about your first impact with A.Celli

My first impression of A. Celli was extremely positive. From day one, I felt like I was an integral part of this big family, made up of young, motivated, competent, collaborative, and always helpful people. I felt that they had confidence in me, and I can definitely say that I am proud to be part of the team!
