My job is primarily about supporting customers. I am involved in on-site work, including the startup and commissioning of new machines, ensuring they meet the required standards. Additionally, I take care of other customer-related tasks, offering technical support and addressing their ongoing needs.
Going to the U.S. was a meaningful challenge. The cultural and linguistic differences, especially adapting to English as the main language and learning to respect diverse cultural norms, stood out as significant adjustments. Frequent visits to customers within a 1–3 hour driving distance were common, often involving long hours in traffic. Despite this, it was a highly rewarding experience: I had the opportunity to explore new places and learn different ways of working and living, and all of this contributed greatly to my personal and professional growth.
