A.Celli to Supply Winding and Roll Handling Equipment for Göliplik Şeremet Tekstil’s First Nonwovens Line
The leading Turkish textile producer Göliplik Şeremet Tekstil has selected A. Celli to support its strategic entry into the nonwovens market, with the supply of complete winding, slitting, and roll handling equipment for its first wetlaid production line dedicated to wet wipes manufacturing.
This investment marks a significant milestone for the company, which is expanding beyond its well-established expertise in traditional yarn production into the fast-growing nonwovens segment. The A. Celli equipment will be fully integrated with the wetlaid production line supplied by Andritz, ensuring seamless process continuity from web formation through to finished roll packaging.
The scope of supply includes:
- STREAM master roll winder, enabling web threading at full production speed;
- COMBI system for the automatic transfer of the master roll to the offline slitter-rewinder;
- RAPID slitter-rewinder, featuring the SLITTOMATIC automatic knife positioning system, an integrated shaft handling system for the production of finished rolls and a defect management system that guarantees consistent product quality throughout the entire process.
- Automatic R-WAY® packaging system, for the final wrapping of finished rolls and their delivery to the warehouse.
